4. Shipping Policy

Sevtech delivers across Pakistan. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.

• We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

• Delivery is available to residential and commercial addresses.

• Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive an order confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2-3 business days.

• Other Cities: 3-5 business days.

• Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

• Standard Shipping: PKR 200 per order.

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.

• Actual shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

• COD is available across Pakistan.

• COD orders require a confirmation call before dispatch.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can track your delivery.

• If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours.

• In case of a lost parcel, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

• Four Tick is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
